摘要:This text explores the conceptual and methodological possibilities opened by housingdemography, emphasizing the study of perceptions of quality and residential satisfactionfrom characteristics of households. It develops three conceptual tensions that enrich thedebate on optimal residential environments: population- housing, objective-subjective,and housing-residence.
