摘要：The reflection on the possibility of contemporary regional aesthetics aims to put on stage problems related to the concepts of art, aesthetic theory, art education and artistic activities in a regional context. It also brings about the possibility of a manifesto for the “Right of Arts” which involves the understanding of art as a political event “in difference”. This right would entail a conception of creation anteceding law as technique (hence an-archic) that would in turn allow an understanding of the aesthetics of existence and the freedom of art.
