摘要：En el presente escrito se recogerán, a través de la lectura de Michel Foucault, algunos elementos que ayuden a construir una historia del cuerpo en la experiencia judicial y cómo los efectos de la instrumentalización de éste, han creado, modificado o destruido, las diferentes formas de verdad y subjetividad. Al final se hará una lectura de algunos de los textos de Michel Foucault, y que se consideran más relevantes, en el tema de las intervenciones corporales Abstract In the present article we will collect through the reading of Michel Foucault, some elements that will help us to build a body in the history of judicial experience and how the effects of the manipulation of it, have created, modified or destroyed, the different forms of truth and subjectivity. At the end we will read some texts of Michel Foucault that are considered as the most relevant in the topic of body interventions.
