摘要：Este trabalho apresenta uma revisão da literatura sobre “o Estudo Prévio de Impacto de Vizinhança (EPIV) e suas exigências no município de Maringá – Paraná”. Ele contém informações sobre o meio artificial, enfatizando a necessidade e a importância de se elaborar o planejamento urbano, pois, por meio dele é possível gerir de forma sustentável as cidades. A pesquisa concentrou-se em publicações, livros didáticos, dissertações, teses, projetos e artigos científicos levantados que abordam essas questões. Foi possível verificar, através destes, a importância de se elaborar o Relatório de Impacto de Vizinhança (RIV) e em quais aspectos este pode ser melhorado para que cumpra o propósito da Lei 10.257/2001, Estatuto da Cidade, conhecida como Lei do Meio Ambiente Artificial.
其他摘要：This paper presents a literature review on "The Preliminary Study of Neighborhood Impact and its requirements in Maringá Paraná". Contains information on the artificial environment, emphasizing the necessity and importance of developing urban planning, because it is through it is possible to sustainable management the cities. The research focused on publications, textbooks, dissertations, theses, projects and papers found on sites that address these issues. It was possible to verify through them the importance of elaborating the Neighborhood Impact Report (RIV) and in what ways this can be improved to fulfill the purpose of 10.257/2001 Law, Statute of the City, known as the Law on the Environment Artificial.
