摘要：The shape more widespread and known of expression of solidary economy occurs through the cooperatives popular originating in its majority of workers marginalized economically the middle social, whose capital is almost always only the provision and dedication for work. Thus, the intent center of this study is verify the relationship conceptual that exists in popular cooperativism, making it as one of main ideologies of expression of solidary economy, seeking a discussion contemporary about some important challenges that matter has faced currently, mainly on the issue theoretical that the pseudo-cooperatives represent in society, there view, the presence of some confusions of principles, understandings and generalizations that the cooperativism owns because the institution popular cooperative represents a distinguished organizational model of venture socioeconomic and self-managing, that comes gained space à measure that grows unemployment and diminish social guarantees, being seen as a way seek for autonomy and of establishing other types of interaction man-work, man-environment man-man.
