摘要：Este artigo articula a leitura crítica do romance O filho da mãe , de Bernardo Carvalho, com algumas questões urgentes da teoria literária hoje, a saber, as relações entre o texto crítico do mundo e o mundo crítico do texto; o problema da voz dos subalternos; e os impasses da crítica frente às demandas do texto ficcional contemporâneo. This article articulates a critical reading on the novel O filho da mãe , by Bernardo Carvalho, to some urgent issues concerning contemporary literary theory, that is, the relations concerning the critical world of the text versus the critical text of the world; the problem of the subaltern, and the critical impasses regarding the demands coming from contemporary fiction.
