摘要：A formação inicial de professores de Matemática para uma educação inclusiva se faz necessária considerando o número de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais, que frequentam as escolas de ensino regular. O soroban, um instrumento de cálculo, pode ser utilizado nas aulas de Matemática como um material para a apropriação de conceitos matemáticos pelas pessoas cegas e pelas pessoas videntes. Dessa forma, o presente artigo apresenta a forma do uso desse instrumento e a oferta aos acadêmicos do segundo semestre do Curso de Matemática, na disciplina de Práticas Pedagógicas II, de uma instituição privada de Ensino Superior no interior do Paraná, conhecimentos sobre a operacionalização desse instrumento, bem como as possibilidades de ser utilizado na inclusão de alunos cegos e videntes nas aulas de Matemática. Os resultados apontam que oportunizar aos futuros professores conhecimentos sobre a utilização do soroban pode contribuir para a efetivação da inclusão de alunos cegos, assim como um ensino de qualidade para todos os alunos.
其他摘要：The initial formation of Mathematics teachers towards an inclusive education is necessary, considering the number of students in this situation who attend regular schools. Soroban, an instrument of calculation, can be used in Math classes as a tool for appropriationof mathematical concepts by visually challenged and normal sighted people. Thus, the article presents a reflection about the developed project, in conjunction with academic students of the second semester of Mathematics Course, in the discipline of Pedagogical Pratices II of a higher education private institution in the countryside of Paraná. Regarding the use of this pedagogical tool, this article studies the viability of its use with visually impaired and normal sighted students.The results indicate that by empowering future teachers with knowledge about the use of Soroban may effectively contribute to the inclusion of the visually challenged students and also provide an education of quality to all.
