摘要:In this study, we analyse the effects of thermal radiation and chemical reaction on the steady two dimensional stagnation point flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid over a stretching surface with suction and heat generation. The partial differential equations governing the flow are solved numerically by using shooting technique. The effects of various parameters on velocity, temperature and concentration profiles, as well as Nusselt number, Skin friction coefficient and Sherwood number are examined and presented graphically and through tables. It is found that velocity, temperature and rate of heat transfer of the fluid are more influenced by radiation and chemical reaction parameters along with applied magnetic field.
