标题：Participação das Organizações Empresariais nas Políticas Educacionais no Nordeste Brasileiro: Os Casos do Piauí e do Ceará / Involvement of Business Organizations in the Education Policies in Brazilian Northeast: The Cases of Piauí and Ceará
摘要：Este artigo resultou de um recorte de uma pesquisa sobre a participação das organizações empresariais nas políticas educacionais no Nordeste brasileiro, tendo como estudos de caso os estados do Piauí e do Ceará. Nosso foco principal é a relação entre o público e o privado na educação, tendo como norte conceitual as mudanças nos processos de regulação social que deram suporte às reformas liberais, cujo eixo tem se voltado para a descentralização das políticas sociais, abrindo espaço para que o Estado estabeleça novas relações com o setor privado. Demos particular atenção para a participação do setor privado na gestão das políticas educacionais a partir do contexto das reformas dos anos de 1990, mas com um olhar empírico mais voltado para os anos 2000. A pesquisa de campo ocorreu na esfera da gestão dos sistemas estaduais de ensino e na sede da organização escolhida como exemplo para análise. ABSTRACT: This paper is the result of a cutting from a research about the involvement of business organizations in the education policies in Brazilian Northeast, considering the cases of Piauí and Ceará states. Our main focus is the relation between the public and private sectors in the education system - taking into account the changes in the social regulation processes that have given support to the liberal reforms - whose action has moved to decentralization of the social policies, providing openings for the establishment of a new relation between the State and the private sector. We focused on the participation of the business sector in the management of education policies from the context of the reforms in the 1990s, but with an empiric look towards the 2000s. The field research took place in the sphere of management of state education systems and in the seat of the organization chosen as example for the analysis.
