标题：O Fundef e as Condições de Trabalho dos Professores no Piauí: Múltiplos Olhares / The Fundef and Teachers Working Conditions in Piauí: Multiple Views
摘要：O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar a condição de trabalho de professores da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e a valorização do Magistério durante a vigência do Fundef – política implantada na década de 1990 do século XX. Para atingir o objetivo se utiliza de dados da Secretaria Municipal da Educação e Cultura-SEMEC, (Teresina – Pi) bem como, de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com professores da rede municipal que haviam recebido formação neste período e com os que não a receberam e se realiza uma revisão bibliográfica sobre formação de professores citando autores como Pimenta (2002); Davies (1999); Guimarães (2001). Os professores da Rede Municipal de Teresinasentiam-sevalorizados na dimensão formação de professores, apontando a formação inicial e continuada como aspectos positivos. Outro ponto por eles evidenciado foi a condição de trabalho, com substancial melhora, embora os profissionais da Educação apontem como aspecto negativo a ampliação do número de aluno por sala. ABSTRACT: The present article has the objective of analyzing the work condition of teachers of the Education Municipal Secretary and the valorization of the Teaching during the period of Fundef – politic action implanted in the 1990 decade of the XX century. To reach the objective data of Secretaria Municipal da Educação e Cultura - SEMEC were used, as well as, the semi-structured interviews with teachers of the municipal net who had received formation in that period and with those who didn’t receive and it does a bibliographical review about formation of teachers mentioning authors like Pimenta (2002); Davies (1999); Guimarães (2001). The teachers of the Municipal Net of Teresina felt valorized in the dimension formation of teachers, pointing out the initial and continued formation as positive aspects. Other point mentioned by them it was the work condition, with significant improve, however the education professionals point out as a negative aspect the growing of number of students for each classroom.
