  • 摘要:This paper describes the process and preliminary conclusions from a pedagogical and educative research project that has been carried out since 2004 at the Normal Superior schools in Cordoba and at the under graduate programs in Education at Universidad de Córdoba. The following issue will be discussed: how oriented these institutions are towards innovating in the teaching of the basic cognitive competences of their graduates and educators in order to construct a profile of quality by means of the appropriation of a coherent model of Syllabus supported in technological mediations that contributes to the development and improvement of these educational institutions whose social objective is to educate future teachers. This project has allowed to identify possible processes of professional development, management and the construction of institutional projects in the teaching practicum. The initial out comes of this investigatio contribute to the design of a model that addresses the initial education of teachers educators.It is expected to make an impact in furure educators critical thinking, improvement in the metacognitive processes, development of skills and knowledge management and continuos learning part of their educational development in the institutions under investigation.
