摘要：RESUMO O estudo das relações entre a Europa e a África mostra que o ponto de vista europeu prevaleceu sempre sobre o africano. Na verdade, durante o período colonial, esta relação nunca foi entre iguais e, no presente, a situação não é muito diferente. Este artigo tenta traçar a evolução desta relação e abrir uma janela em direcção a uma mudança necessária. ABSTRACT: The study of the relations between Europe and Africa shows that European point of view was always considered more important than the African one. Indeed, during the colonial period, this relation was never between equals and, in the present, the situation isn't quite different. This article tries to draw the evolution of this relationship and to open a window towards a necessary change.
