摘要：RESUMO: Recentemente o forte aumento dos preços do petróleo e, sobretudo, dos produtos alimentaires, parece ameaçar o continente africano com a fome. As causas dessa situação têm várias origens conhecidas, internas e externas. Mas é certamente na aplicação da ideologia neoliberal que podemos encontrar um elemento comum, porventura mais fundamental, que tem vindo a agravar a crise, em particular nos países menos desenvolvidos. ABSTRACT: In this moment the growth of the oil prices and food products seem threaten the African continent with the danger of hungry. This situation has several reasons, internals and externals, most of them are well known. Nevertheless, we can certainly find an important cause of these problems in the domination of the neo-liberal ideology all over the world.
