摘要：Resumo: Este artigo pretende mostrar a evolução política dos PALOP na fase que se seguiu à independência e provar que, apesar da grande abertura ao multipartidarismo, namaioria destes países não há uma cultura da democracia. Mostra também que, sem boa governação, trabalho e paz, não haverá desenvolvimento. Palavras-Chave: PALOP, democracia, multipartidarismo, evolução política, eleições e boa-governação. Abstract: This article tries to show the political evolution of the PALOP in the post-colonial period and to prove that, in spite of the great opening to the multiparty system, in the most part of these countries there isn’t a culture of democracy. It also shows that, without good governance, hard work and peace, there won’t be development. Key Words: PALOP, democracy, multiparty system, political evolution, elections and good governance.
