摘要：We seek to understand how to set up the treatment of adolescent work by our legislation and reflect on the purpose of their protection. In Brazil, according to the 2006 IBGE, as mentioned in this study, more than five million children and adolescents work and many of them illegally. It is against this reality that the legal treatment should be seen not as a hindrance to work, as this within limits and in conjunction with education, contributes to the formation of the individual.
