摘要：Synthetic analysis of the relevant rules to the administrative contract of concession of public service under the aegis of Law n.11.079 / 04. It exposes the institution and composition the Guarantee Fund for Public-Private Partnerships - FGP. Addresses the implementation of the assets of the FGP against the constitutional scheme of judicial orders, in case of contractual non-compliance by the public partner.
