摘要:Amid the changes occurred in Brazilian society between the years 1945 and 1964 constituted the legal-criminal thinking the idea that certain social groups were more likely to crime for their non-adjustment to supposedly modern society of the period. This "presumption of dangerousness" is the object of study of this article, which is based on analysis of important works in the social history of law, as well as some articles written by lawyers in journals in the field of law.
