摘要：It is study of the selectivity of the criminal justice system and its impact on the deconstruction of the purposes of the economic order . It analyzes the structure of the theory of criminal tagging or labeling approach , which advocates the election process by criminal law (primary criminalization ) and formal instances of control deviant behavior ( secondary criminalization ) of people most likely to become offenders , as opposed to those who hold political and economic power and social status , which are immune to punitive power of the state , called "white collar criminals " and that thicken the golden figure of the crime of economic crimes.
