摘要:The aim of this paper is to present the theme of Public Administration option for a free software/open source from the perspective of economic Constitution, notably with regard to economic planning inductive. The first section presents the concept of economic constitution in correlation with the semantic planning inductive. Then moves on to a brief description of the opposition between free software and proprietary software, tracing the main distinctions. In the third and final step discusses the constitutional significance of the adoption of free software at the expense of proprietary software with restrictions on government offices, with the filter settings raised in the first section.
