摘要:The paper discusses the relationship between learning styles (EA) and the levels of the organizational commitment (OC) of the multidisciplinary health for a Multidisciplinary Residency Program in Health from a Federal Institution of Higher Education. It is characterized as a case study quantitative descriptive. To collect data we used the Inventory of Kolb EA (1976) and the Scale of CO Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993), validated in Brazil by Medeiros and Enders (1998). As a result, we have: (i) regarding the EA, the EA divergent prevailed, however, were found among the all respondents EA defined by Kolb (1976), (ii) with respect to CO, there is so predominantly affective commitment to the Residency Program and, opposite, there is a minor compromise in the level instrumental and affiliated; regarding the relationship between EA and CO level, there is a correlation between EA and diverging assimilator with levels 3 and 4, CO, however the EA accommodative and convergent bear no relation to the CO levels.
