摘要:This study analysed the extent of strategic alignment in the Brazilian automotive chain byexamining the strategies adopted by the Purchasing function in the first tier suppliers for managingrelationships with their suppliers. The multiple case studies strategy was used. The theoretical modelused for analysis was based on Network Theory, in terms of its fundamental principles - actors, activitiesand resources.
