摘要：O artigo se propõe a analisar as principais representações anticomunistas piauienses na década de 1960. Verificamos a existência de três vertentes anticomunistas no estado: a religiosa, a do conservadorismo e uma ligada à questão da propriedade privada, que juntas podem ser compreendidas como os grandes segmentos representativos, onde encontramos os que lutaram mais veementemente contra o comunismo naquele momento. A partir dessas vertentes, apontamos para uma gama de representações anticomunistas, que foram construídas no Piauí, e que, de certa forma, ajudaram a significar a grande maioria dos acontecimentos políticos e sociais naquele estado nessa década.
其他摘要：The article aims to analyze the main anticommunist representations in Piaui in the 1960’s. We note the existence of three strands anti-communist in the state: the religious, the conservatism and the one linked to the issue of private property, which together can be understood as representing the major segments, where we find those who fought most strongly against communism at that time. From these aspects point to a range of anticommunist representations, which were built in Piauí, and that in some way helped to mean the vast majority of political and social events in the state this decade.
