摘要：This paper studies several collections of Arabic legal documents preserved in Granada from the perspective of the “archival mind”. It focuses on how and why these documents survived, but also on who thought they were worth archiving. This study contributes to an understanding of how individuals who lived in the Mudejar and Morisco periods reacted towards their documents.
