摘要：The concept of innovation has conditions and specifications that limit its’ space of action. The most important conditions are those related to social change, the limits of social structures in knowledge societies, the limits in the culture of some social groups and the relations between diverse situations, their praxis and the rethoric that sometimos transform the concepto of innovation into a container concept.
