摘要：Three are three main ideas discussed in this paper: first, that prouincia Transduriana is a perfectly valid denomination for a Roman province; second, that it was a fully fledged province, not merely a sub-province or a military command post, because, according to Roman Law, delegated jurisdiction cannot be delegated a second time-, and finally, that with restituo the emperor Augustus annulled a previous conviction imposed on the Aliobrigiaecini .
