摘要:This article is intended to present a Roman lamp of bronze, which was obtained from a rescue excavation in Castro Urdiales (Cantabria). This piece can be identified with the type known as Loeschcke XX, very well represented in the sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum , dated to the second half of the first century and the beginning of the second century AD. It was widespread through the different provinces of the Empire. The piece under study appeared in an archaeological context that has been related to the colonia Flaviobriga; the latter is mentioned by the classic sources.
