摘要：No setor de serviços verifica-se dependência exclusiva das competências humanas, sendo importante compreender as expectativas dos indivíduos no trabalho. As organizações devem valorizar pessoas e entender suas motivações, e é neste contexto que se objetivou compreender as expectativas em relação à aprendizagem. Buscaram-se descrever as expectativas dos indivíduos conforme suas características demográficas e mapear estatisticamente as expectativas de aprendizagem considerando idade, tempo na empresa, escolaridade e setor de atuação. Verificou-se que jovens e novos na empresa são aqueles que priorizam aprendizado. Adicionalmente, pessoas mais velhas e tempo na empresa, mesmo tendo considerável expectativa sobre aprendizagem, preferem identidade com a organização.
其他摘要：In the services sector there is exclusive dependence on human competences, so it is important to understand the individuals’ expectancies at work. Organizations should value people and comprehend their motivations, and in this context we aimed at understanding the learning expectancies. We sought to describe the individuals’ expectancies according to their demographic characteristics and statistically map the learning expectancies considering age, seniority, education and sector of activity. We found that young and recent people in the company are those that prioritize learning. Additionally, older and senior people, even with considerable excitement about learning, prefer identity with the organization.
