摘要:O presente artigo discute a importância da motivação no processo de treinamento empresarial, buscando demonstrar como a motivação que gera a prontidão para aprender pode influenciar o comportamento daqueles que ministram e que recebem o treinamento. Tomando como base as teorias tradicionais de motivação, o presente estudo procura apontar as dificuldades e as soluções para os que trabalham com treinamento empresarial.
其他摘要:The present paper dicuss the importance of motivation on business training and shows how motivation which come to know may alter the behavior of trainer and trainee. Taking the traditional theories of motivation as base, the present study examine the problems and possible solutions for those who works with business training.
