摘要:American economist Albert Fishlow has been studying Latin America, especially Brazil, for more than four decades. He explains to Claudio Accioli that, although he retains his customary optimism about the direction of Brazil, it must confront the problem of inadequate domestic savings. He also assesses the Cardoso, Lula da Silva, and Rousseff administrations and discusses Brazil’s relations with the rest of Latin America and with the world.
