摘要：Immediately after the earthquake that devastated Haiti in January 2010, the Brazilian government responded with a series of humanitarian initiatives. While the immediate humanitarian crisis must be addressed, Prof. Riordan Roett (Johns Hopkins University) argues that this is an opportunity for Brazil to take a leading role in Haiti’s recostruction.
