摘要:The redevelopment of the Australian Bibliographic Network included selection and implementation of a new system for the national interlibrary lending utility. This project coincided with the Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee’s LIDDA (Local Interlending and Document Delivery Administration) Project. This paper will describe the aims of these projects, and the key standards and services currently being implemented. The desirable features of document access systems and components of the resource sharing infrastructure are highlighted.
