摘要：With the use of the biographical method, the present paper intends to provide a brief presentation on the work of artist Goiandira Ayres do Couto, from Goiás, Brazil, based on objects exposed at the Cultural Center, named after the artist and created by the artist herself. According to the conception of Pierre Nora, this place has turned out to be a place of memory. Goiandira keeps at home and in the Cultural Space a set of objects that have been part of her life, affirming their place in the world and their identity.
