摘要：This writing aimed to study in more detail how the procedures of BTN Platinummortgage credit at Bank BTN, to know what requirements are needed inapplying for credit. Information related to procedures Platinum BTN mortgageloans was obtained by doing practical work directly on the companies, andinterviews with staff to obtain data and by literature study. The result was if adebtor wants to apply for credit then the debtor must apply to Bank BTN, afterwhich the Bank will verify the data that was filled by the debtor and analyze it,then do an interview with the debtor and the meeting was attended by officialsof Bank. Then later when the bank agreed to provide credit then there will becredit disbursement. Conclusions that can be obtained from this field of workpractices were that Bank will not give credit easily but there are stages that mustbe passed by a debtor applying for a loan. It is intended to keep the Bank carefulto give credit to avoid bad credit.
