摘要：The procedure of granting subsidized mortgage is a standard provision inproviding loans to customers to obtain housing loans in the form of subsidizedmortgages with the requirements provided by Bank BTN. The methods werefield study and literature study. The field study was done by way of observationand interviews. The literature study was done to find books related to the titlemade, so as to support and assist in the writing. Procedures and requirements aresimple, easy to make the debtor to obtain mortgages. Because subsidizedmortgages generally designed for middle-income communities, bothstate-owned or private. Because the government aims to increase human dignityand the provision by housing and settlement can be achieved.
