摘要：Counting Equipment turn increasedthe value is a tool that can be used for perform a calcula-tion that has the appearance of output in seven segment.The circuit is easier to do a calculation of score in a match.Output can be directly seen that displayed by seven seg-ment. Counting the value of this counter can do Up, Downcounter and Reset. Tool counter this value using the voltageof 5 volts and mbuilt with some parts of the input (switchup and switch down), oscillators, up / down counter, reset,decoder output. Based on test results, output obtained inaccordance with the workings of this tool. By moving theUp switch will counter rise (00-99) and switch down willcounter down (99-00) to reset the switch by moving thereset and output on the seven segment will return on theinitial state (00). The downside of this tool is limited onlyto the calculations two digits only, because the tool is onlyusing two seven segment at output. And because it usesa seven segment display output quite small.
