摘要：The purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative means of cheap, not toodifficult to make and fairly easy way to do a calculation of the capacitance of thecoaxial cable. This writing focuses on the basic design of test equipment, whichis based on the principle of the RC oscillator. Results of testing performed onthis instrument precision value 11% is enough result considering the simplicityof the design of this too.
