摘要：Investment Feasibility is a way to determine the feasibility of investment in abusiness that can use the method of calculation is NPV, IRR, and PP. Theimportance of conducting a feasibility study is to avoid fully investment on theunprofitable business. The aim of this research is to find out the properinvestment on Cork Vegetable Restaurant and Soto Betawi Heni. The resultobtained, then the proper investment study on Cork Vegetable Restaurant SotoBetawi Heni can open a new branch with a positive NPV in the amount ofRp.2.040.350, -, 14.97% IRR, payback period investment of less than 5 years isover 3 years 11 months 23 days.
