摘要：Based on calculations and analysis using the EOQ method is obtained by theoptimal amount of inventory with a minimal cost. Optimal amount of inventorywith a minimum of Biya. The optimal amount of inventory amounting to 15 533kg which performed as many as 15 times of order in one year. Inventory (safetystock) is 900 kg, while the number to make reservations again (ROP) isapproximately 3900 kg before breaking Safety Stock. While using the factorymethod, the amount of 10 000 kg of raw material inventory by as much as 24times in one book a year by using message cost USD 3.708 million. Using themethod of EOQ costs amounted to USD 2.763 million messages using the EOQmethod companies can save on expenses amounted to USD 945 000 a messagethat the company can minimize inventory costs for expenditure costs notefficient.
