摘要：Nowadays, the need for accurate but quick data and information becomes priority in human life. Basic concept of this writing is to develop Indonesian - English Dictionary. The writer used Visual Basic 6.0for Application program and Microsoft Access as its database. This application is intended to help students in translating Indonesian into English.
