摘要：Learning techniques using computer applications is one way to achieve more effective than studying as usual. With APPLICATIONS FOR LEARNING ENGLISH TK USING MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC 6.0, the children will be more interested to learn English, because it is more fun than studying with books. Moreover, the objects in this application is the objects around them, so hopefully they will be easy to understand. This application is made as attractive as possible in order to attract children to want to learn and so they do not quickly get bored of learning. Scientific writing will discuss about how to manufacture from start to determine the structure of navigation, making navigation map, designing, and writing of program code.
