摘要：In scientific writing, the author made an application to the Clinic Melindapatient registration using Visual Basic 6.0. In the neighborhood medical clinic,the use of computerized technology has not been used to improve services andease the job, in this case relating to the administration, especially the registrationof patients. Ways that are still done so far is use the manual way, the data ofpatients listed in medical card. Problems that often occur when the new patientdata, the search for a long time patient data, patient data collection per month fordata reporting relatively older patients per month. For that the author made anapplication that reduces the processing time data. Many of the benefits derivedfrom application programs, among others, can store patient data, perform datamanipulation such as the search for patient data, enter and delete data if thepatient is not required.
