摘要：Scientific writing discusses a computer simulation in engineering that haveenabled designers to visualize characteristics of the system being designed. Bymodeling the system designer can analyze the characteristics of the system atvarious operating conditions without losing a lot of time and cost, because allprocesses can be done with the help of computers. Molecular dynamicscomputer simulation technique which is observing the movement of moleculesthat interact with each other. This technique simulates the molecules attract eachother and pushing and hitting each other. Molecular dynamics simulationsprovide static and dynamic information on the atomic scale, such as position andvelocity. This information can then be processed into information on themacroscopic scale, such as pressure, temperature, etc..
