摘要：With over development of technology, where computers can make everythingwork, providing information and launched a work activity, then the scientificwriting, the author tries to develop a system of computer-based ticket sales. Theauthor tried to enter in the handling of information processing for computerusers, especially for bus agents. In the implementation of ticket reservationsneeded a good performance and a system that supports all those processes thatgive maximum results. The system is based on the implementation ofreservation transactions manually used the bus agents. This computerizedtransaction system using information system design theory, namely by usingcontext diagram, diagram of zero which supports the design of these systems, ie,a software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.
