This paper aims to create a web-site forum "Ferry Rotinsulu" which can be used as a meansof information the people of Indonesia who wanted to knowabout information about the Ferry Rotinsulu and famousclubs in Indonesia. This paper discussed how to create aforum website using Joomla CMS (Content ManagementSystem), Internet Explorer 7.0 as browser, and Wamp 1.4as a web server locally.
