摘要：Key Words : VB 6.0, HOSPITAL, RECORDABSTRACT :pury medical centre hospital is one of the health sector which aims to provideservices to the public. especially for pregnant women who do a routinepregnancy controls.the activity of this hospital is accepting patients forpregnancy control. In this research the author tries to computerize of patient databy using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 in order to give the fast, precise, andaccurate information also minimize the fault of patient data report.
