摘要：Data management is one of an importantpart for company or institution to presentan information needed by a group ofpeople who need a certain information.The aim of this article is how to producean application to facilitate the person whowill present an information easily.Theproduction of this application was donewith flow diagram algorithm in makingdesign input, output and entitas relationdiagram to logical program. Application ismade to record data customer, laundry,transaction data processing of transactionand present in the form of payment receipt(kwitansi) as an approval of transaction toreport to the manager or leader. At themain menu appearance consist of 3 menuswith a few item menus are: file menu withitem exit menu and transaction menu withitem data transaction menu and mastermenu with customer item menu.
