摘要：ABSTRACT :With over development of technology, where computers can make everythingwork, providing information and launched a work activity, then the scientificwriting, the author tries to make the application of computer-based ticketreservation. The author attempts to give input in the handling of informationprocessing for computer users, especially to train agents. In the implementationof ticket reservations needed a good performance in order to support all theprocesses that give maximum results.
