摘要：In scientific writing, the writer wants to create a learning module programnumber system, where data are presented in accordance and reliable. In thismodule there is an explanation of covertion binary numbers, decimal numbers,hexadecimal, octal numbers, and fractions are accompanied by exercises. Tomake this module the author makes the navigation structure and storyboardusing Macromedia Flash MX 2004 as well as other components that support theprocess of making a report so generated data can be presented in a report.
