摘要：In scientific writing, the writer will build a Shopping Cart Application forMobile Phone using Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME). Usefulness of thisapplication is a shopping list that will record the user purchased at asupermarket. On the shopping list is already there are several groups of the listof goods and goods which have entered the name of the author, but users canalso add, subtract, or repairing the goods category and name. The purpose ofscientific writing is to introduce and explain J2ME as a programming languagethat can be used to create applications on the device and popularize the use ofJ2ME MID as a programming language on MID device. Scientific Writing thisdiscussion begins with the history of programming languages Java and J2MEprogramming language introduced, how the shape and structure of language,and explaining the facilities available in this language. To clarify the discussionof the J2ME, on further discussion, the authors will describe the use of J2ME inthe Shopping Cart Application. The whole discussion and implementation basedon the concept of the Java language, especially J2ME and included basictheories concerning mobile technology devices, especially mobile phones, aswell as some theory is needed. key words: shopping list of applications, java 2 micro edition
