摘要：ABSTRACT :Management and maintenance of health data is needed considering the amountof data very much. Management and maintenance of data is of course done bythe Registrar. Registration is both able to provide convenience to the patientwithin or to anyone who needs data or information related to the patient.Registration own section requires that facilities make it easier to manage thedata output will be presented as information to the needy. The applicationdevelopment Visual Basic Health Center produces programs that provideconvenience for charging patient data, managing data and making reports relatedto the patient. In this patient data management, the necessary files that store datastore data that can be sustained with each other. For that made these files,among others, patient file, the file registration, file processing and file doctors.
